Frequently Asked Questions

Can a ChappyWrap coupon be applied to a gift box?

Not usually. Gift boxes typically aren't eligible for discount codes unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise, so it's worth checking the promotion's terms if a gift box is part of the order.

What is ChappyWrap's standard return window?

Returns for an exchange or refund are accepted within 30 days of the original order purchase date, as long as the blanket comes back in like-new, resalable condition with its original, undamaged packaging.

Does ChappyWrap extend its return window for the holidays?

Yes, purchases made during the holiday shopping season typically get an extended timeframe before the standard 30-day policy applies, giving gift recipients more time to decide.

Are all ChappyWrap products eligible for return?

No, personalized items, candles, gift boxes, rope baskets, gift cards, and anything marked as final sale at the time of purchase aren't eligible for return or exchange.

Is shipping free at ChappyWrap?

Not by default. Standard shipping runs $5 to $6.95 depending on the order, though the brand occasionally runs promotions with free shipping included, typically announced through email or text signup.

Can a ChappyWrap order be shipped to a P.O. Box?

No, ChappyWrap is currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses, so a standard street address is needed at checkout.

How long does a ChappyWrap refund take to process?

After a return is received and its condition verified, it typically takes about 3 weeks for the refund or exchange to be fully completed.

What if my ChappyWrap package shows as delivered but I never received it?

Wait 24 hours in case it was marked delivered early, and if it still hasn't shown up, missing packages need to be reported within 60 days of the delivery date for the brand to look into it.

Saving Guide

Because ChappyWrap doesn't offer free shipping by default and personalized items can't be returned, planning around both of those details matters more here than at many blanket or home goods brands.

Signing up for email or text alerts before a big purchase

Since free shipping promotions come and go rather than being a standing feature, subscribing ahead of a planned order, particularly for a holiday gift purchase, is the most reliable way to catch one of those windows.

Timing a gift purchase around the holiday return extension

For anyone buying a ChappyWrap as a gift, the extended holiday return window takes the pressure off finishing a return before the standard 30 days runs out, giving the recipient real time to decide if the blanket or pattern works for them.

Being confident before personalizing a blanket

Since personalized items are excluded from returns entirely, it's worth double-checking spelling, color choice, and sizing carefully before submitting a customization request, since there's no return safety net if something's off.

Keeping original packaging until you're sure

Because a return needs to arrive in like-new condition with undamaged original packaging, holding onto the box and any protective wrapping until a blanket is confirmed as a keeper protects the full return option.

Requesting a specific carrier in advance if needed

For anyone with delivery restrictions, like an address that only accepts packages from a particular carrier, reaching out to ChappyWrap before placing the order rather than after helps avoid a delivery issue down the line.

Before you check out

Check for an active free shipping promotion before assuming standard shipping rates apply, confirm the item isn't personalized, a candle, or a gift box if there's a chance you'll want to return it, and keep original packaging intact until you're confident about keeping it.
