30 days from when you receive it. You're allowed one exchange per product per order, and the item needs to be mailed back within 16 days of requesting the exchange, in like-new condition with its original packaging.
Does the return and exchange policy cover engraved rings?
Yes, but if you're exchanging an engraved piece, you'll need to cover the cost of the new engraving yourself, since that's a customization applied after the base ring is made.
Do I pay for return shipping on an exchange?
It depends on whether you added Enso's Free Returns and Package Protection, which costs $2.99 at checkout. With it, both the return shipping and the replacement's outbound shipping are covered. Without it, you'll pay for return shipping yourself, which typically runs $5 to $15, plus a separate outbound shipping fee for the replacement.
Is there a restocking fee on any returns?
