Frequently Asked Questions

Can a The Sis Kiss coupon be applied to a custom Charm Bar necklace?

Saving Guide

Because returns here convert to store credit rather than cash, and there are two separate timing windows to keep track of, understanding both matters more here than at a typical jewelry retailer.

Acting within the 3-day and 7-day windows

Since customer service needs to be contacted within 3 days of delivery and the actual item shipped back within 7 days, checking a new piece against expectations as soon as it arrives, rather than letting it sit, keeps both of those windows from closing before a return can even be started.

Treating store credit as the outcome rather than expecting a refund

Because all returns and exchanges result in store credit rather than money back to the original payment method, deciding on a purchase with that in mind, similar to how a final sale item might be approached elsewhere, sets more realistic expectations from the start.

Building in extra time for custom Charm Bar orders

Given the 3 to 4 week production window for custom pieces, ordering well ahead of a birthday or holiday, rather than close to the date, avoids the disappointment of a personalized necklace arriving late.

Earning rewards through account actions beyond purchases

Since points can come from social media follows and sharing a birthday, not just spending, taking a few minutes to complete those account actions before a purchase can add value that a promo code alone wouldn't provide.

Documenting damage immediately with photos

Because a damage or defect claim specifically requires a photo included in the return request email, taking that photo as soon as an issue is noticed protects the ability to get help resolving it.

Before you check out

Plan on receiving store credit rather than a refund if a return becomes necessary, check a new order against expectations within the first few days to preserve the return window, and build in 3 to 4 weeks of lead time for any custom Charm Bar order.
