Frequently Asked Questions
Does FANCI.ME offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on US orders over $89 and takes 6 to 10 business days, with faster Express Shipping options available for an added cost at checkout.
What is FANCI.ME's return policy?
Items can be returned within 60 days from when the order was placed, as long as they're unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. Contacting service@fanci.me starts the process, and returns can also be mailed directly to FANCI.ME's New York address, though the customer covers return shipping if choosing their own carrier.
How long does a FANCI.ME refund take once a return is received?
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item arrives and is inspected, though FANCI.ME's own return page also notes eligible returns can take up to two weeks to process once received.
Does FANCI.ME offer a discount for first time customers?
Yes. New customers can use the code WELCOME10 for 10 percent off a first order, and signing up for the email list also offers a similar first order discount.
What if my FANCI.ME order shows as delivered but I never received it?
Check your mailbox, ask a front office or neighbor, and look for a pickup notice from the carrier first. Standard shipping doesn't require a signature, and FANCI.ME isn't responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, so filing a claim directly with the courier is the next step if the package genuinely can't be located.
Who pays customs duties on a FANCI.ME order?
The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged upon delivery, which is worth factoring in for international orders since these are separate from the item and shipping cost shown at checkout.
Can I return jewelry from FANCI.ME's Harry Potter or matching couples collections?
Yes, the standard 60-day return policy applies across FANCI.ME's collections, including the Harry Potter collaboration and matching jewelry, as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging.
