Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a promo code with Little Loyalty rewards points?
No. Little Words Project's own rewards program states that points based discounts apply only to full price items and cannot be combined with other discounts or promo codes, so shoppers generally have to pick whichever offer saves more on a given order.
How does the Little Loyalty rewards program work?
Members earn 1 point for every dollar spent, plus bonus points for creating an account, leaving reviews, and other engagement, with an extra bonus added on your birthday. Points can be redeemed for discounts or free gifts on eligible full price items.
Does Little Words Project offer an app discount?
Yes. Downloading the app and shopping through it typically unlocks 10 percent off, limited to one use per customer and not valid on gift cards, custom pieces, or past purchases.
Who qualifies for the 15 percent status discount?
Verified teachers, students, medical staff, and military personnel can access a standing 15 percent discount after completing ID verification through the brand's verification partner.
What does the Limited Lifetime Warranty actually cover?
The warranty covers structural issues like a broken or snapped elastic cord or beads falling off, but only if the bracelet is connected and you can provide a photo of the damage along with your order number. Tarnishing and ordinary wear are not covered, and charms carry a separate 6 month warranty window.
Are there bulk discounts for buying multiple bracelets?
Yes, for larger orders. Tiered pricing generally kicks in around 25 units and improves at higher quantities, which is worth knowing if you are shopping for a group gift, wedding party, or event rather than a single bracelet.
Does Little Words Project offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over 60 dollars, shown as a running threshold in the cart as you add items.
What is the return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase through the brand's online Returns Center. Exchanges ship free, but on standard returns the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from your refund rather than charged upfront.
Why might my Little Words Project code not be working?
Common exclusions include gift cards, custom or personalized pieces, and final sale items, and most codes cannot be layered on top of the rewards program or another active promo.
