Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a GhostBed coupon code with a bundle discount?
Yes, GhostBed bundles, which pair a mattress with items like pillows and an adjustable base, generally reflect their own discounted pricing automatically in the cart, and a percentage-off code can often still apply on top, though most promotions state they cannot combine with other active offers.
Why isn't my GhostBed promo code working?
Confirm the code hasn't expired and check whether it's restricted to annual purchases or excludes certain bundles, since GhostBed runs a high volume of codes that can vary by product category.
What is GhostBed's return policy?
The 101-Night Sleep Trial requires waiting a minimum of 30 nights before requesting a return, giving the mattress time to break in, and the return window stays open through night 101. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for the sleep trial and cannot be returned.
Do I have to ship my mattress back if I return it?
No, for a standard mattress return, GhostBed typically arranges for the mattress to be donated locally rather than shipped back, though the exact process can depend on the shipping region. An unopened, still-boxed mattress can instead be collected and resold, which comes with a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
What if I miss the 101-night trial window?
If more than 101 nights have passed, the mattress is still covered by GhostBed's warranty, which addresses defects like excessive sagging, splits, cracks, and tears that develop from normal use, though a change-of-mind return is no longer available.
Are GhostPillows eligible for the same trial as mattresses?
Yes, GhostPillows come with the same 101-Night Sleep Trial, though pillows need to be shipped back at the customer's expense and carry a small restocking fee, unlike the typically donation-based mattress return process.
Does GhostBed offer a military discount?
Yes, military members, veterans, spouses, and family members get 15% off orders over $1,000, verified through ID.me using the Troop ID option at checkout.
Does GhostBed offer a referral program?
Yes, referring a friend earns $100 once that friend makes a purchase of $800 or more and keeps the mattress past the trial period, which is a way to add savings beyond a standard promo code.
