Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
No, Nature's Sleep has a strict policy against order cancellations or changes once an order has been placed, including address, size, and payment changes. If you need to cancel, you'll need to contact FedEx directly with your tracking number and refuse shipment.
How does the 101-Night Sleep Trial work?
The trial gives you 101 nights to test your new mattress, and the company specifically recommends giving it a solid 30-day trial before initiating a return, since many people find it takes at least two weeks to adjust to a foam mattress, especially when switching from a traditional innerspring model.
What happens if I do need to return a mattress?
Once the product is received back at their warehouse in perfect, unused condition, your refund is issued with a 15 percent restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges deducted from the total. All returns are issued as store credit rather than cash back to your original payment method.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on all orders within the contiguous United States with no minimum required, though Alaska and Hawaii carry a substantial shipping fee, historically around $600, so ordering from those states involves real added cost.
Can I use more than one promotional code?
No, only one promotional code is allowed per order, so comparing your available codes to find the biggest discount, rather than trying to combine them, is the practical approach.
What if my order includes a free pillow promotion?
Free pillow promotions are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last, and the specific pillow received may vary from what was originally listed, so it's worth checking current stock before counting on a specific free item.
Can I pay for a mattress over time?
Yes, Nature's Sleep supports interest-free financing through Affirm, letting you split the cost of a mattress into installments rather than paying the full amount upfront.
