Frequently Asked Questions
Does Knockaround offer a discount for signing up for their newsletter?
Yes, adding your email to Knockaround's list typically gets you 15 percent off your first order, and it stacks with free shipping regardless of order size. Knockaround Rewards members also get 25 bonus points just for signing up.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping at Knockaround?
Knockaround offers free standard shipping on orders over $50, which is lower than many competitors in the sunglasses market that typically set the threshold at $75 to $100. Most single pairs of sunglasses clear this on their own.
How long do I have to return an item to Knockaround?
Knockaround offers a 45 day free return and exchange window on standard US orders, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in 100 percent resalable condition. Refunds are processed to your original payment method after inspection, excluding original shipping charges.
Can I return Custom Shop sunglasses to Knockaround?
No, final sale items, including many Custom Shop and prescription orders, cannot be returned or canceled, so it is worth being confident in your custom color and lens combination before ordering. Standard, non-custom sunglasses fall under the regular 45 day return policy.
Does Knockaround offer a discount for military members and teachers?
Yes, current and former US military, first responders, healthcare workers, and teachers qualify for 20 percent off through GovX ID verification. After verifying, you receive a single-use discount code, and you can log back in for a new code on future purchases, limited to one per day.
How much time do I have to cancel a Knockaround order after placing it?
Knockaround processes orders quickly, so you only have about 30 minutes after placing an order to cancel it before it moves into fulfillment. If you need to make a change, reach out to customer service as soon as possible after checkout.
Does Knockaround's sale section allow additional promo codes?
Generally no, clearance and sale items are typically excluded from additional Knockaround promo codes, though the sale prices themselves, sometimes up to 50 percent off, can still beat what you would pay using a standard discount code on a full price pair.
Does Knockaround have a rewards program?
Yes, Knockaround Rewards lets you earn five points for every dollar spent, with points that do not expire quickly the way some other loyalty programs do. Newsletter signup alone adds 25 bonus points on top of whatever you earn from purchases.
