Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Prive Revaux discount code with a sale price?
No. Prive Revaux states that offers and discount codes cannot be combined, and items already marked down in the Sale section are treated separately from the Discounted section, so a code applied to an already discounted item is likely to be rejected at checkout.
How long do I have to return Prive Revaux glasses?
Products bought directly from priverevaux.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Items marked as discontinued or final sale are not eligible, and anything bought from a third party retailer must be returned to that retailer instead.
Is there a fee for returning Prive Revaux glasses?
Yes, a flat $4.99 return fee applies to all returns, and refunds are issued for the returned items minus the original shipping cost, with the refund landing back on the original payment method within about 3 to 5 business days of the return being received.
What happens if I return an item bought as part of a buy one get one deal?
Returning a BOGO item results in a refund of only 50 percent of that item's original price, and the free item that came with the promotion is not eligible for return or exchange on its own.
Does Prive Revaux offer free shipping?
Yes, free U.S. shipping applies on orders of $50 or more, and this offer is limited to domestic U.S. orders rather than international ones.
Is there a discount for signing up for the Prive Revaux newsletter?
Yes, subscribing typically unlocks a 15 percent discount on the next order, which is one of the more reliable ways to get a first purchase discount without waiting for a sitewide sale.
What does the Prive Revaux warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days from the original purchase date, and the brand will replace defective products free of charge within that window. This warranty does not cover normal wear, loss, or damage from misuse.
Can I stack a coupon code with the free gift offer?
Prive Revaux regularly includes a free gift with eyewear purchases as a standing promotion rather than a stackable code, so a separate percentage off coupon can generally be applied on top of a purchase that already qualifies for the free gift, since the gift is not itself a discount code.
