Frequently Asked Questions
What is Luxe Pillow's return policy?
Luxe Pillow offers free shipping and returns along with a 100-night sleep trial, giving shoppers an extended window to test a pillow at home before deciding whether to keep it.
How long is the Luxe Pillow trial period?
The sleep trial runs 100 nights from delivery, considerably longer than the shorter trial windows offered by some bedding retailers on pillows specifically, which tend to fall in the 30 to 45 night range.
Does Luxe Pillow charge for return shipping?
No. Returns are covered as part of the free shipping and returns policy, so a pillow that doesn't work out during the trial period shouldn't come with an added return shipping cost.
Does Luxe Pillow sell just one type of pillow?
Luxe Pillow focuses specifically on pillows rather than a full bedding lineup, which the company frames as putting its full attention into getting one product right instead of spreading it across mattresses, sheets and other categories.
