Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine more than one MBT discount code?
No. Only one code applies per order, so if a newsletter signup code and a seasonal sitewide code are both active, you'll need to pick whichever saves more rather than trying to use both.
Does MBT offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders over $99. It applies automatically at checkout, ships via standard ground only, and does not apply to orders going to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii.
What is MBT's return window?
30 days from the date the order was placed. Items need to be unworn, in new condition, with all original packaging and labeling intact, and MBT specifically notes that shoes should not be worn outdoors, even briefly, if there's a chance you'll return them.
Are MBT returns free?
For orders within the continental U.S., yes, using the prepaid label enclosed with the shoes. Customers in Canada, Alaska or Hawaii are responsible for their own return shipping cost.
Does MBT offer exchanges?
No, MBT processes returns for a refund rather than a direct exchange, so if you need a different size, the original pair goes back and a new order goes out separately.
How do I start an MBT return?
Use the order number, which starts with S50000, along with the postal code the order was delivered to, to generate a return shipping label online. No account login is required for this step.
Will I get my original shipping charge back on a return?
No, the initial shipping and handling charge is non-refundable unless the returned item was faulty.
Does MBT ever offer a first order discount?
Yes, signing up for MBT's email list typically unlocks a discount for first time shoppers, along with entry into the brand's weekly sweepstakes.
