Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Mephisto coupon code with a sale item?
Coupon codes are generally one-time use and non-refundable, and it's worth confirming a specific code's terms before assuming it applies to items already marked down, since sale eligibility varies by promotion.
Why isn't my Mephisto promo code working?
Confirm the code hasn't expired and that it's being applied on mephistousa.com specifically, since return and promotional terms can differ at other authorized Mephisto retailers and independently owned Mephisto stores.
What is Mephisto's return policy?
Mephisto's 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee allows most items purchased on mephistousa.com to be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they're unworn, in salable condition, and include all original tags, parts, accessories, and packaging, including the original shoe box.
Does Mephisto offer exchanges?
No, Mephisto does not currently process exchanges. Instead, the new size or style should be purchased as a separate order while the original unworn item is returned within the 30-day window for a refund.
Are all Mephisto items eligible for return?
No, items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange either through mephistousa.com or any Mephisto store location, so it's worth double-checking sizing before buying one of these items.
What if my Mephisto return falls outside the 30-day window?
If a return falls outside the 30-day window, is defective, or otherwise can't be processed under the standard policy, reaching out directly to Mephisto's customer service team is the next step to see what options are available.
Does Mephisto refund original shipping charges?
Original delivery fees are only refunded if the return is for a defective product, a product that wasn't accurately described, or an incorrect order; a standard change-of-mind return doesn't include a refund of the original shipping cost.
Does Mephisto offer a shoe recrafting program?
Yes, most Mephisto and Mobils styles can be resoled and recrafted rather than replaced, with turnaround typically running four to eight weeks, though full recraftability can't be guaranteed indefinitely depending on materials availability.
