Shipping policy

The customers can avail free standard shipping for orders over $99 on all domestic orders and free international shipping for orders over $149. Customers can also avail 2nd Day shipping for $17.41 and Standard Overnight shipping for $21.07 if they need their orders urgently.

Customers usually receive an email after they place an order which provides the information about processing and shipping time. The orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and once the orders are shipped, tracking number is shared with the customers in an email.

The company has partnered with FedEx and USPS for their shipments. Standard shipping takes around 5 to 7 business days for domestic orders. However, international orders take around 15 to 25 days to reach the door steps of customers.

Return policy

Customers can easily return unwanted hairstyling items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund. All Hair Care products and accessories are not eligible for returns and are considered final sale.

The customer need to send email at info@numeusa.com with order number and the reason for return to start the return process. The company does not provide return shipping labels. Once the products are received, the company will process refund after deducting shipping charges. If the products is opened or used, the company will further deduct 15% restocking fees from the refund amount.

Items returned after 30 days but within 90 days are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. Customer can return or exchange items directly purchased from official NuMe USA website. Items purchased from authorized dealers and retailers need to be returned directly to the dealer or retailer.
