You have 60 days from the purchase date to return or exchange shoes and insoles for a full refund if you are not satisfied. It covers only purchases made directly on Orthofeet.com, and each order gets one exchange. If the exchanged pair doesn't work out, it can still be returned for a refund.

Is return shipping free at Orthofeet?

Yes, when you use the Returns & Exchanges Portal. Returns from Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands cost $15, and socks and compression hosiery carry a $5 restocking fee per item. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you qualify you receive a Letter of Medical Necessity, and if not, your purchase is refunded. Sandals, work shoes, golf shoes, and pickleball shoes are not eligible.
