Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a Pai Shau product I bought at a salon or another retailer?
No, Pai Shau does not accept returns for items purchased from salons, retailers, or third-party sellers, so you need to contact that original seller directly for their specific return policy rather than reaching out to Pai Shau.
How do I return a product purchased directly from Pai Shau's website?
You can email Pai Shau's Customer Experience Team with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and an optional note on the reason, and the team will guide you through the process from there.
Does Pai Shau offer free shipping?
Yes, Pai Shau offers free shipping on orders over $75, with shipping charges applying to smaller orders that fall below that threshold.
Does Pai Shau have a rewards program?
Yes, Pai Shau offers a free rewards program where you can earn 200 points just for registering an account, plus additional points for every dollar spent, which can later be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
Do Pai Shau rewards points expire?
Currently, points do not expire, though the company recommends redeeming them within 12 months for the best experience, and it has stated it would provide advance notice if that policy ever changes.
Does Pai Shau offer a discount for new customers?
Yes, signing up for the Pai Shau email newsletter has offered new subscribers a discount, commonly around 15%, on their first order, which is a simple way to save before trying the brand's tea-infused haircare line.
Can I combine a Pai Shau promo code with rewards points?
Since rewards points and promo codes function as separate systems, applying a discount code at checkout while also redeeming accumulated rewards points is generally possible, though confirming the specific terms of your code beforehand ensures there are no restrictions.
