Frequently Asked Questions

Does Perigold offer free shipping, and what is the minimum?

Eligible orders of $35 or more ship free, while orders under $35 pay $4.99 for standard shipping. Some items carry their own shipping charge and don't count toward the $35, and full-service delivery options can cost extra. Check your cart total before paying.

Does Perigold ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the U.S.?

Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories carry a shipping surcharge. Items on perigold.com ship within the United States only, so international orders go through Wayfair's separate country sites.

What is Perigold's return policy?

Most items can go back within 30 days of delivery, with the money returned as a refund or store credit. The Shipping & Returns tab on each product page shows the terms for that item. Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process, and you can start a return from your account's order list.

Can I change my delivery address or cancel after ordering?

You can edit an item's shipping address from your account until it leaves the warehouse. Cancellations can be requested online before an item ships. Once an item has shipped, its address can't be changed.

Where do I enter a Perigold promo code?

Add it in the promo or gift card code field during checkout, then confirm the discount shows in your order total before you pay. If the code is rejected, check the offer's terms for brand, category or minimum spend exclusions.

Can I combine more than one Perigold code?

Treat each code as a standalone offer. Terms vary by promotion and exclusions can apply, so add the code in your cart and see whether the total drops before assuming it stacks with sale pricing or another code.

Is Perigold the same as Wayfair?

They are separate storefronts that are connected. Perigold orders are delivered by Wayfair, and Perigold Trade membership also covers purchases on Wayfair.

Saving Guide

Watch what counts toward the $35 line
A few items carry their own shipping charge and don't count toward the free shipping amount, while other eligible items in your cart still do. Check the shipping line in your cart before adding a filler piece just to reach $35.

Trade pricing reaches sale items too
The Trade program page says its discount applies sitewide, including sale. If you qualify, a piece that is already marked down can drop further, as long as its brand or item isn't on the exclusion list.

Inspect big orders on delivery day
Your return window starts at delivery, not at checkout. For pieces ordered early for a holiday, a renovation or an event, open and check them when they arrive so a problem doesn't surface after the window has closed.

Keep gifts for different people in one cart
You can assign a different recipient to each item in a single order. That keeps every gift in one checkout, so any code you have only needs to be applied once.

Shopping Guide

Read the delivery line on each product page
Listings show the delivery type and an estimated window. Large pieces are marked as arriving inside your entryway, and some let you choose a delivery date at checkout. Compare that against your doorway, hallway and stair measurements before ordering furniture.

Customize before you buy
Design Services can walk you through custom fabrics, finishes and configurations on supported products. That is worth doing for pieces where fabric and finish matter most, such as sofas, chairs and headboards.

Order rug samples first
The Rugs menu includes a section for rugs with samples available, and Perigold has its own Fabric Collection to browse. Seeing color and texture in your own lighting beats judging a large area rug from a photo.

Appliances and mattresses have their own pages
Refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers and mattresses are sold in the Kitchen and Bedding categories. The help center has separate pages for appliance delivery, installation and haul away, for mattress haul away and for protection plans. Read those before ordering, since these items work differently from decor.
