Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I enter a code at checkout?
Add your items to the cart and enter the code in the promo code field before you pay. Check that the discount shows in your order total before submitting.
Can I combine more than one code?
No. Rugs USA states that promotions can't be combined with other special pricing or offers. Annie Selke rugs and bedding, Clearance, Flash Sale items and rug pads are excluded from promotions.
Does Rugs USA offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous U.S. and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have paid shipping options for non-custom items.
What is the Rugs USA return policy?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, using a Rugs USA return label. Return shipping is paid by the customer and deducted from your refund. The fee is calculated when you start the return.
What are the best ways to save at Rugs USA?
Start with Deals of the Week (up to 75% off) and Clearance (up to 85% off), since both need no code. Then check for an active code on new arrivals. Full price items are the only ones most codes apply to.
Can I exchange a rug?
Rugs USA doesn't offer exchanges. You can return the item and choose store credit as your refund method, then use it on a new order.
Does Rugs USA have a trade program?
Yes, you can request a trade account through the Trade Partner form on the site. Once approved, the team contacts you to set up your website account.
