Frequently Asked Questions
Does SculptHouse offer free shipping?
Yes, orders over $100 ship free within the US. Standard ground and expedited shipping options are both available for orders under that amount, with rates calculated at checkout.
Can I combine a SculptHouse promo code with sale items?
Promo codes at SculptHouse are generally intended for full price merchandise. Items already marked down in the sale section may be excluded, so if a code will not apply, try it on a cart without sale pieces first.
What is SculptHouse's return policy?
Returns and exchanges go through the SculptHouse online return portal. Certain categories, including beauty and wellness products, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, face masks, and bags, are final sale and not eligible for return.
Are shoe returns handled differently at SculptHouse?
Yes. Shoes must be returned in their original box with no damage to the box itself, and the shoe box needs to ship inside a separate outer box or mailer rather than with a label attached directly to it. Damaged shoe boxes can be subject to a repackaging fee.
Is there a restocking fee on SculptHouse returns?
Some returns are subject to a restocking fee that is deducted from the refund or store credit amount, and original shipping costs are not refunded. It is worth checking the return portal for the current fee before starting a return.
Does SculptHouse have an extended holiday return window?
Yes, during the holidays SculptHouse extends its return window so that unworn, tagged clothing and shoes purchased from early November can be returned or exchanged into mid January, which is longer than the standard window.
Does SculptHouse offer a first order discount?
New subscribers to the SculptHouse email list can unlock 10% off their first order along with early access to VIP only sales, making it worth signing up before placing a first order.
Is there a birthday discount at SculptHouse?
Yes, SculptHouse runs a Birthday Club that customers can join for a discount tied to their birthday month. Joining is free and only requires providing a birthdate.
Can international orders be returned?
No. SculptHouse ships internationally, but those orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, so it is worth confirming sizing carefully before ordering from outside the US.
How fast does SculptHouse ship orders?
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Overnight orders placed before 3pm generally go out the same day, while later orders ship the following business day.
