Frequently Asked Questions
How does Shiekh's Legacy Rewards program work?
Legacy Rewards is free to join and adds points every time a member makes a purchase. Those points convert into discounts on a later order, and members also get free shipping and free returns on qualifying orders plus early access to new releases. Points expire six months after they are earned, so it pays to redeem them before a size runs out.
Can a Shiekh promo code be combined with sale prices?
Generally no. Most Shiekh codes are built for regular priced merchandise, and the Last Pair clearance section already reflects deep markdowns that a sitewide code will not stack on top of. Checking a code's fine print at checkout is the fastest way to confirm whether a specific sale item qualifies.
Why might a Shiekh discount code fail at checkout?
The most common reason is that the code is scoped to a specific brand or category, such as sneakers or apparel, while the cart holds something else, like a dropshipped brand item excluded from most promotions. Only one code can be applied per order, so a second code entered on top of an already applied one will not stack.
Does Shiekh price match if an item drops after purchase?
Shiekh runs a 100% Price Guarantee, refunding the difference if the same item turns up cheaper on another site after checkout. Shoppers who buy ahead of a known sale should keep their receipt handy in case the guarantee applies.
What is Shiekh's return policy for full priced items?
Full priced merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unworn and comes back in its original box. Skipping the original box adds a $3 restocking fee, and bathing suits, undergarments, and socks cannot be returned at all for hygiene reasons.
Can sale or clearance shoes be refunded at Shiekh?
Sale and clearance purchases are only eligible for store credit or exchange, not a cash refund. Items marked under $5 or shipped without their shoe box are treated as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How much does Shiekh charge for return shipping?
Orders that qualified for free shipping also get a free return label if requested within 14 days of delivery. Orders that did not qualify can still get a label mailed for $7.95, which is deducted from the refund or added to an exchange fee.
How does Shiekh's free shipping threshold work?
Legacy Rewards members get free shipping on orders of $75 or more, while guest checkouts need to reach $125, and both apply only within the continental United States. Orders with five or more Women's Fashion Blowout items, or anything priced at $10 or less, are excluded from free shipping regardless of the order total.
When does Shiekh run its biggest sales?
Shiekh's sale calendar leans heavily on Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the days before Christmas, when sitewide markdowns are usually deepest. The Last Pair section also runs an occasional sale on sale event that knocks an extra 50% off already reduced styles.
