Does SLEEFS offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $45. Orders under that amount carry a flat shipping charge, and SLEEFS also offers paid priority and FedEx overnight options for anyone who needs gear faster. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in two ways. Choosing store credit costs nothing since SLEEFS covers the return label, and the resulting gift card includes shipping paid on the original order up to $6. Choosing a refund to the original payment method costs $5 for the label and excludes the original shipping charge. There is no restocking fee as long as items come back in original packaging and undamaged within the 30 day window.
Can I return a football visor?
Not if it shows signs of use. Once a visor is attached to a helmet it can pick up scratches quickly, so SLEEFS recommends not mounting one until you are sure you want to keep it.
Are custom SLEEFS orders returnable?
No, custom orders are final sale. The exception is damage, and customers have 7 days from delivery to report a defective custom item so SLEEFS can arrange a replacement.
Does SLEEFS have a rewards program?
