Frequently Asked Questions

Does Tea Drops offer free shipping?

Yes. Domestic orders over $50 ship free, while orders under that amount ship at a flat rate. Loading up on a few flavors at once is usually the easiest way to clear that line.

Can I return Tea Drops if I do not like a flavor?

Tea Drops cannot accept standard returns or exchanges, since the product is a perishable food item. If a customer is not satisfied with an order for another reason, reaching out within 30 days of the order date allows the team to evaluate a refund request case by case

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Tea Drops will make it right at no extra cost. Contact the brand promptly with the order number and a photo of the issue, and a replacement or refund will be issued for damaged shipments or incorrect items.

Does Tea Drops ship internationally?

Yes, through a shipping partner that covers most countries, though a handful of destinations including Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Slovakia, Singapore, and India are currently excluded due to customs restrictions on herbal tea shipments. Any duties or taxes owed are calculated and collected at checkout.

Is a Tea Drops subscription worth it for the discount?

Subscribers get free shipping regardless of order size, along with occasional free gifts and preferred pricing compared to one time purchases. For anyone who reorders the same flavors regularly, that adds up to more savings than a one time coupon code.

Can international customs delay my Tea Drops order?

Yes, any country's customs agency can inspect a package, which occasionally causes delays outside the brand's control. This is separate from standard delivery times and is not something a coupon or discount code affects.

How often does Tea Drops release new coupon codes?

New codes tend to appear around seasonal flavor launches and gifting periods like the holidays, so checking back on this page before a reorder is a good way to catch a fresh discount.

Saving Guide

Why Tea Drops shoppers should plan around the return policy:

Because Tea Drops cannot accept standard returns on a perishable product, the real savings opportunities here are in hitting shipping thresholds and choosing between subscribing and ordering one time, not in return flexibility.

Clearing the $50 free shipping line:

A single flat rate order under $50 pays $4.95 in shipping, which can outweigh a small percentage off coupon on a small order. Adding a second flavor or a gift set to the cart is usually enough to clear the threshold and keep the full value of any code.

Subscribing versus one time purchase:

A Tea Drops subscription includes free shipping on every shipment regardless of order size, along with occasional bonus gifts, which tends to beat stacking one time coupon codes for anyone who drinks tea regularly. One time shoppers relying on codes should still watch for seasonal promotions timed around new flavor drops.

International orders and customs costs:

Shoppers outside the excluded country list can still order, but should expect duties and taxes to be added at checkout depending on destination. Since customs delays are outside Tea Drops' control, building in extra time around a gift order is worth doing even when a coupon covers the cost of the tea itself.

What to do if something goes wrong:

Because standard returns are not available, keep an eye on the package when it arrives. Damaged shipments and incorrect items are covered at no extra cost if reported within 30 days, so a coupon spent on a damaged order is not money lost as long as the brand is contacted promptly.

Before you check out:

Confirm your order clears $50 to avoid the flat shipping fee, compare a subscription's ongoing free shipping against a one time coupon if you plan to reorder, and check that your destination country is not on the current shipping exclusion list.

About Tea Drops

Tea Drops turns loose leaf tea into a compressed little disc that dissolves straight into hot water, skipping the bag and the steep time without skipping real, organic tea leaves.
