Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Teva coupon code with the sale section?
Coupon stacking is possible in some cases at Teva, though specific combinations depend on the active promotion, so it's worth checking a code's terms against an already-discounted sale item before assuming both apply.
Why isn't my Teva promo code working?
Confirm the code hasn't expired and check whether it excludes categories like the Sale page, since Teva runs a mix of sitewide and category-specific codes. An expired welcome code is the other common issue.
What is Teva's return policy?
Teva's Double Dog Dare Returns policy accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt for items purchased directly from teva.com or its call center. Products must be authentic, in new or gently used condition, returned as a complete pair, and accompanied by a receipt or invoice.
What if I didn't buy my Teva shoes directly from teva.com?
If the item wasn't purchased directly from Teva.com, a refund isn't offered; instead, a Teva.com site credit is issued once the return is received and inspected, provided it's approved.
Can I cancel a Teva order after placing it?
There's a short window of about 30 minutes to cancel an online order, though cancellation isn't guaranteed since it depends on how quickly the order is processed, and orders can't be modified once placed.
What is Teva's warranty coverage?
Teva offers a limited one-year warranty on all its footwear against defects in materials and workmanship, handled separately from the standard 30-day return window through an online evaluation form.
Does Teva offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping and returns are available on all full-priced orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States.
Does Teva offer a student discount?
Yes, students get 10% off their entire order through UNiDAYS verification, and this discount applies to both full-priced and sale items, meaning it can be stacked with existing clearance markdowns.
