Frequently Asked Questions
How much is shipping at TOMS and how long does it take?
TOMS doesn't publish a flat rate. Costs vary by carrier and current promotions, and options depend on your address and item count. Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1 to 3 business days. Goodest Rewards members and the current 2 for $70 offer get free Economy shipping.
What is TOMS' return policy?
Unworn, unwashed and unaltered items can be returned if they reach TOMS' Dallas warehouse within 30 days of your order date. Refunds to your original payment method carry a $4.99 restocking fee, and choosing store credit waives it. Shipping isn't refunded, and Final Sale items can't be returned.
Does TOMS have a rewards program?
Yes. TOMS Rewards is free and starts as soon as you create an account. It has three levels, and only the top level, Goodest, includes free Economy shipping.
Where do I enter a TOMS promo code?
Enter it in the "Discount code or gift card" field at checkout and click Apply. Your total should update before you submit the order.
Can I use more than one promo code at TOMS?
No. Current promotions can't be combined with other promotions, offers or discounts, apart from shipping promotions. Rewards coupon codes are redeemed one at a time and only on full price items.
Does TOMS offer price adjustments after a sale?
No. Because promotions change often, TOMS doesn't adjust prices after purchase.
Does TOMS still give a pair for every pair sold?
Not as a standing rule. TOMS moved to giving a third of its profits through grants and partnerships, and it uses one for one only on select collaborations and days that are clearly marked.
