Yes, trying it on, packing it, and wearing it around the house is fine within the return window. Taking it on an actual trip isn't, since evidence of travel use, like scuff marks, stains, or odors, disqualifies the bag from a refund.

Bags outside the return window can be listed for resale on Tortuga's own resale marketplace instead of returned to the company directly.

The Worldwide Warranty covers the original owner against defects in materials, hardware, and craftsmanship for the practical lifetime of the bag. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic scuffs, airline damage, or bags bought secondhand.
Does Tortuga ship outside the United States?
Tortuga currently ships only within the US, including PO Boxes, US territories, and APO and FPO addresses. International shoppers can use a freight forwarding service, though Tortuga doesn't cover forwarding costs.
