Yes, orders placed between November 25th and December 31st get an extended exchange window. After the regular 14-day window ends, these orders aren't eligible for a refund but can still be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 11th, 2026.
What is the Buy Back & Give Back program?
Buying a new Ace Marks shoe and sending in your old Ace Marks dress shoes within 30 days earns a $50 refund on your recent purchase, or alternatively, sending in an old pair first earns a $50 coupon code toward a future purchase. This is a separate program from the standard return process.
Does Ace Marks offer free shipping?
Yes, free standard shipping applies to all continental US orders over $50. International orders carry additional shipping costs, and returns from international addresses aren't provided a prepaid label.
