Frequently Asked Questions
Does Stacy Adams offer free shipping on every order?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more and costs $12 below that. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico pay a flat $22 regardless of the total, while APO and FPO military addresses ship standard for free.
Can I use a Stacy Adams promo code on clearance shoes?
Check the terms on each code, because collection exclusions do appear. One recent email offer took 20% off but left out the Madison and Dayton collections. The Clearance menu, with separate pages for men's shoes, kids shoes, Last Pairs, and Factory Seconds, is already marked down.
Where do I enter a Stacy Adams promo code, and why might it fail?
Open your cart, type the code in the promo code box, and click Apply before checking out. If it is rejected, look at the end date and exclusions on the original offer, since email codes carry an end date and can skip specific collections
Does Stacy Adams have a rewards program?
Yes. The site advertises a $25 reward once you spend $300, tracked through a Stacy Adams account. Email sign ups get exclusive previews and offers, and text alert subscribers are promised first word on the best sales along with VIP access.
What is the Stacy Adams return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase for unworn, undamaged, or defective merchandise. Shoes should be tried on carpeted surfaces only and sent back in the original packaging. A printable UPS label deducts a flat $10 from your refund ($20 for Alaska, Hawaii, and FPO or APO orders), or you can ship the pair back yourself, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
How much does a Stacy Adams exchange cost?
You have 30 days from purchase, and the return leg costs $5 through a UPS label in the exchange portal, or $10 for Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses. The replacement ships free once the warehouse receives your pair, and the whole swap can take about 14 business days. Easy Exchange covers a new size, width, or color, while Personalized Exchange handles a different style.
How fast will my Stacy Adams order arrive?
Orders usually ship within 2 to 3 business days, and standard delivery then takes 3 to 8 business days. UPS 2nd Day costs $25 and Next Day costs $40 on orders placed before 10:30 am Central on business days, so a tight deadline adds to your total.
How often does Stacy Adams release new deals and coupons?
Stacy Adams tends to run sitewide or collection codes in short windows, often tied to email campaigns, such as a summer offer that ended August 9, 2026. Clearance pages change as sizes sell through, and email and text subscribers hear about sales first. The code list on this page changes along with those windows.
Can I exchange a gift I received?
Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift are granted as store credit. The customer care team starts the process by phone or email.
