How long do I have to return a Salomon order?

Can I exchange my Salomon shoes for another size?
For a different size or colour, Salomon asks customers to return the original item and place a new order rather than exchanging it directly.
When can I redeem S/PLUS points?

Where do I enter a Salomon promo code at checkout?
