Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine Nisolo promotion codes?
No. Only one promotional code works per order, and that limit covers sitewide promotions, personal codes, and the Shoe Reclamation Program. A promotion is honored only at the time of purchase, so a code cannot be saved for a size that is out of stock.
How often does Nisolo release new deals and coupons?
Nisolo runs promotions as time limited campaigns rather than a standing discount. Recent site banners have featured Buy One, Get One Free on select styles and 30% off a Fall Favorites collection, with separate men's and women's Sale pages carrying markdowns in between. The code lineup on this page changes as each campaign starts and ends.
Does Nisolo still have the Five for Five program?
No. The program ended, and the brand's new owner has said there are no plans to revive it. Former members can use a personal code for 25% off full price and marked down items. It does not expire, but it cannot be combined with other discount codes and does not apply to gift cards.
Does Nisolo offer free shipping?
Nisolo's FAQ lists a flat $10 rate for domestic ground shipping, or $33 to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, and the cart notes that shipping discounts appear at checkout once you enter an address. Ground delivery is listed at 9 to 12 business days including processing, and faster options cost extra.
How long do I have to return Nisolo shoes?
Returns and exchanges are free within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items, started through the Frate returns portal. Shoes worn outdoors are not eligible, so try them on indoors on a carpet or rug. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and final sale items cannot be returned.
Does Nisolo give a bonus for choosing store credit?
Yes. Its FAQ says returns for store credit are eligible for a $10 bonus. Store credit can be spent on any merchandise except gift cards.
Can I exchange for a different style instead of another size?
Yes. Through Frate you can exchange one item for another regardless of style. Exchanges are free within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered pairs.
Does Nisolo offer installment payments?
Klarna is available, including four interest free installments charged every two weeks starting when the order is confirmed. Nisolo also accepts PayPal, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay, and Klarna orders follow the standard return policy.
Is there a first order discount for new email subscribers?
Nisolo pitches its email list as first access to new releases and limited runs. Coupon roundups have listed first order offers for new subscribers at times, but the amount and terms change, so confirm the current offer in the signup box before you check out.
