Frequently Asked Questions
Does Combat Flip Flops offer free shipping?
Orders shipped within the US qualify for free standard shipping once the cart reaches 75 dollars, and orders below that threshold pay a flat shipping fee. Shoppers using the Buy with Prime option at checkout can also get fast, free delivery through their Amazon account.
Why did my Combat Flip Flops promo code not work at checkout?
Most codes exclude sale and clearance items and only apply to regular priced merchandise, so a code entered on a discounted pair will usually throw an error. Codes also tend to be limited to one per order, so removing a second code from the cart often resolves the issue.
How long do I have to return or exchange Combat Flip Flops items?
The return and exchange window lasts 30 days from delivery, and items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they arrived in to qualify. Sale and closeout items are excluded from refunds entirely.
What happens if my Combat Flip Flops don't fit?
For a sizing exchange, customers need to notify customer service within three calendar days of the tracked delivery date. Requests made after that window, for reasons like gifting or travel, still qualify for an exchange but require photos of the product and packaging to get a return authorization first.
Who pays for return shipping on Combat Flip Flops orders?
Customers cover the cost of shipping an item back for a standard return, and that shipping cost is deducted from the refund if one is issued. Domestic sizing exchanges are handled differently, since Combat Flip Flops covers the cost of shipping the replacement pair back out once the original is on its way to them.
Does the Combat Flip Flops lifetime warranty cover normal wear and tear?
No. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not flip flops that have simply worn down from regular use. Sending in a pair that does not meet the defect criteria means covering shipping both ways to get a replacement.
Are there seasonal sales at Combat Flip Flops?
Combat Flip Flops runs named sales events like Operation Summer and Freedom Sale a few times a year, typically lasting three to five days with 15 to 30 percent off select items, along with additional promotions around Memorial Day, Veterans Day, and Black Friday through Cyber Monday.
Is there a deal on Combat Flip Flops Shemaghs?
Combat Flip Flops has offered a buy one get one free promotion on Shemaghs, which requires adding two to the cart, with the lower priced or equal priced item coming free at checkout.
Do new subscribers get a discount code from Combat Flip Flops?
Signing up for the email newsletter typically triggers a welcome discount on a first order, delivered directly to the subscriber's inbox rather than posted publicly.
