Where do I enter a promo code at checkout?
There's a promo code field on the shopping bag page before you enter payment details. Codes apply automatically once you click apply and the discount is confirmed valid.
Can I combine multiple offers?
Generally no, Anthropologie applies one discount per order, so a promo code typically can't be layered with the AnthroPerks welcome offer, a birthday discount, or a sitewide sale at the same time.
What's Anthropologie's return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery or in store purchase if they're unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags and packaging. Returns made within 30 days go back to your original payment method; after 30 days, you'll receive merchandise credit instead.
Are returns free?
Anthropologie doesn't publish a blanket free return shipping policy on its own site. In store returns are free, and AnthroPerks members get receipt free returns tied to their account, but mail return costs should be confirmed on your specific return label before shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Below that, standard runs about $6.95 and typically arrives in 4 to 8 business days; express and overnight options cost more for faster delivery.
Does Anthropologie offer price adjustments?
Yes, a one time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase on regular priced items or items bought during a temporary promotion, if you have the original receipt. Items already marked down in the sale category don't qualify, and shipping charges aren't adjusted.
Is there a student discount?
Anthropologie doesn't currently run a standing student discount. The closest equivalent is the seasonal teacher discount around back to school, which is limited to verified educators.
What items can't be returned?
Final sale items, personalized or monogrammed pieces, and made to order wedding gowns can't be returned or exchanged. Wedding gowns and bridal separates also have to ship back to Anthropologie's warehouse rather than being returned to a store.
