Frequently Asked Questions
Can an Ardene promo code be used together with other offers?
Ardene codes generally stand alone and cannot be paired with other promotions. Rewards work differently, since they are applied after discounts, which lets you redeem a $5 reward on top of a marked down price. Gift cards, Ardene Foundation items and surprise bags are commonly left out of code eligibility.
Why does my Ardene code fail at checkout?
The usual causes are an excluded item in the cart, a second offer already applied, or a code that has passed its end date. Take out gift cards, Foundation items and surprise bags, clear any other promotion, and enter the code again. If it still fails, customer service can look at the order.
How do Ardene Rewards points turn into discounts?
Points earn at 1 per dollar at Level 1, 1.5 at Level 2 and 2 at Level 3, counted on the purchase total after discounts and rewards but before shipping and tax. Each 100 points triggers a $5 reward automatically, and a reward only applies when the cart subtotal after discounts is larger than the reward amount. Bonus points come from adding a birthday to your profile, joining the newsletter, texts or push notifications, downloading the app, following Ardene on social channels and referring a friend who buys.
How much do I have to spend to reach a higher Ardene Rewards level?
Level 1 covers annual spend from $0 to $249.99, Level 2 runs from $250 to $499.99, and Level 3 starts at $500. Spend is counted over a 12 month membership year that begins the day you join. Points come faster at higher levels, and perks such as free shipping minimums and free returns improve with each step.
What is the free shipping minimum at Ardene?
The US site starts counting toward free shipping at $99 for shoppers without a Rewards level. The minimum drops as your level climbs, so a Rewards account is worth setting up before a large order. Shipping fees are not refunded if you return the order.
What does it cost to return an Ardene order?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and bringing an item to a store is free. Mailing an online order back deducts a $5 restocking fee from the refund, except for Level 3 members, who return for free. Refunds usually take 5 to 7 business days from when the return reaches Ardene's warehouse.
Does Ardene give a birthday discount?
Rewards members get a birthday offer that becomes available on the first day of their birthday month. Pick it from the Rewards drop down at checkout and apply it to the purchase of your choice. The offer improves with your level, and members need to be at least 14 years old.
How often does Ardene release new deals and coupons?
Ardene clusters its biggest markdowns around holidays and seasonal events, including a Good Friday event, long weekend sales, the End of Season Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, the Pre-Christmas Sale and Boxing Day, with discounts reaching up to 70% off. Codes tend to appear and lapse around those events, which is why the lineup here changes often. The newsletter, app and social channels announce upcoming sales first.
Does Ardene offer a student discount?
Verified students can claim roughly 10% off through Student Beans, according to current coupon listings. The offer has been reported to exclude gift cards and items already marked 70% off, and Rewards points can still be earned on the same purchase. Check the terms on Student Beans before ordering, since verification runs through them.
