Rewards & Membership
ASOS WORLD
ASOS WORLD is a tiered rewards program. Only purchases made after you join count toward tier progress. Reaching the Icon and A-Lister tiers requires a return rate below 70% across 3 or more orders. You can check your return rate and tier in the ASOS.WORLD Hub under My Account.Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I enter a code at checkout?
Paste it into the Promo/Student code box at checkout, then click Apply Code. Enter it exactly as given and without spaces. You can't add a code after the order is placed.
Can I combine more than one code?
No, ASOS allows one promo code per order, and that includes free delivery codes. The student discount also can't be used alongside other offers.
How much is shipping at ASOS in the US?
Standard Shipping costs $10 and is free on orders over $75. Express Shipping costs $14.99. Standard takes 5 to 8 business days and Express takes 3 to 4, though items shipped from ASOS UK can take slightly longer.
What is the ASOS return policy?
You have 28 days from delivery to return an item for a refund to your original payment method, as long as it's in original condition and not marked Final Sale. Delivery and handling costs aren't refundable. ASOS aims to refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
Does ASOS offer exchanges?
No, if you need a different size or color, return the item and place a new order.
How does the ASOS student discount work?
US students get 10% off after validating their status through SheerID with an ASOS account, and the code is locked to that account. It applies to full-priced items only and excludes delivery charges, gift vouchers, ASOS Premier, and Brand Partner items.
