Frequently Asked Questions
Can a Bella Dahl coupon be applied to a Final Sale item?
No, Final Sale items are excluded from both returns and any additional promotional discounts, since they're already priced at their lowest markdown.
What is Bella Dahl's return window?
Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of the ship date, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their original tags and packaging.
Is return shipping free at Bella Dahl?
Yes, US returns and exchanges ship back using a free, pre-paid shipping label. International orders currently aren't eligible for return or exchange at all.
Can a Bella Dahl item bought at Nordstrom or another retailer be returned to Bella Dahl directly?
No, only items purchased directly on belladahl.com are eligible for the brand's own return policy. Anything bought through a retail partner needs to go back through that retailer's return process instead.
What happens if a returned item looks worn or washed?
Items that show signs of wear or washing and aren't in resellable condition may have a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund at all, in which case the item gets shipped back to the customer instead.
How long does a Bella Dahl refund take to process?
Once a return arrives at the warehouse, processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days, and the refund goes back to the original payment method, which can then take up to another 7 business days to show up on a bank or credit card statement.
Are shipping and handling charges refunded on a Bella Dahl return?
No, shipping and handling charges from the original order are non-refundable, even when the item itself qualifies for a full refund.
What if my Bella Dahl order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Reaching out to customer service directly by email is the recommended first step, since damaged or incorrect items are typically handled outside the standard return process.
