Frequently Asked Questions
What is Bellacor's return policy on lighting fixtures?
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused and still have their original packaging. Custom made pieces, final sale items and some oversized furniture carry different rules, so it is worth checking a product's listing before ordering if you think you might return it.
Why might my Bellacor coupon code not be applying to my cart?
Sitewide codes commonly exclude custom orders, clearance pieces and certain manufacturer lines that are protected under minimum advertised pricing agreements. If a code will not apply, check whether the item falls into one of those excluded categories.t.
Does Bellacor offer free shipping?
Free shipping is a common feature on Bellacor's lighting and furniture listings, though large or freight delivered furniture can carry separate delivery charges built into the item's shipping cost rather than the order subtotal. Check the shipping line on a product page before assuming a piece ships free.
Can I return an oversized furniture item to Bellacor?
Oversized and freight delivered furniture is often subject to different return terms than smaller décor and lighting, sometimes including a restocking or return shipping cost. Review the specific return terms listed on that product's page before ordering.
Does Bellacor combine its coupon codes with clearance pricing?
Clearance and closeout items are typically priced as final sale and are usually excluded from additional sitewide discount codes. A code is more likely to apply cleanly on regularly priced lighting and furniture than on already marked down pieces.
How often does Bellacor run new sales and discount codes?
Home retailers in Bellacor's category tend to run promotions around major shopping weekends such as Memorial Day, Labor Day and Black Friday, alongside category specific flash sales on lighting or outdoor furniture. New codes on this page track those recurring sales periods.
What happened to Bellacor after it was acquired by Capitol Lighting?
Bellacor was acquired by Capitol Lighting in August 2024, though it continues to operate its own site and catalog rather than folding directly into the Capitol Lighting brand.
Does Bellacor sell its own house brand of lighting?
Yes, Bellacor launched Mill & Mason, a lighting line covering flush mount fixtures, chandeliers, track lighting and kitchen and bath sconces, designed and priced as part of Bellacor's broader catalog rather than as a separate retailer.
Is Bellacor a good source for both furniture and lighting in one order?t
Its catalog spans both categories along with bedding, bath, kitchen and outdoor decor, which makes it possible to combine a furniture and lighting purchase into a single order and apply one sitewide code across categories where the code allows it.
