Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Betsey Johnson coupon code with a sale?
Betsey Johnson discount codes generally cannot be stacked with each other, and promotions typically exclude clearance items, so it's worth comparing a sale price against a full-priced item with a code applied rather than expecting both to combine.
Why isn't my Betsey Johnson promo code working?
Check that the order meets the code's minimum spend, since several codes, like free shipping over $100, require a set purchase amount before applying, and confirm the item isn't clearance, which is excluded from most promotional codes.
What is Betsey Johnson's return policy?
Unworn merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery, except clearance items and earrings, which are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Perfume and lotion can only be returned if the packaging hasn't been opened.
Is there a fee to return an item to Betsey Johnson?
Yes, shipping charges are not refundable, and there's a $6.95 per-order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse, deducted from the refund.
How do I return a Betsey Johnson item without a printer?
A QR code can be generated through the Returns Center and dropped off at an official FedEx Office location with no printer, shipping box, or label needed, though the shoe box itself is mandatory for footwear returns.
Does Betsey Johnson extend its return window for holiday purchases?
Yes, orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can typically be returned through the following January 31st, giving extra time for holiday gift purchases.
Can I return a Betsey Johnson item purchased from a department store?
No, merchandise purchased from another retailer, including department stores, must be returned to that original retailer and is subject to their specific return policy rather than Betsey Johnson's own.
Does Betsey Johnson offer a discount for teachers, military members, or medical personnel?
Yes, a 25% discount is available for teachers, military service members, students, and medical personnel after completing ID verification on the site.
