Where do I enter a code at checkout?

Can I combine more than one code?

Each offer sets its own exclusions and dates, so read the terms before you check out. Triple Points Days combine with merchandise discounts, but not with other points offers, and you get the better of the two. Loyallist Rewards are applied separately at the payment step.

Does Bloomingdale's offer free shipping?

Loyallists get free standard shipping online every day. Everyone else gets it on online orders of $150 or more, and Friends & Family also includes free shipping for everyone through 10/5. Gift cards, furniture, mattresses, and rugs are excluded, and shipping must be within the U.S.

What is the return policy?

Most saleable items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, and online orders can be returned free by mail or at a store. CHANEL, myGemma, REBAG, and other pre-owned items have a 14-day window, and area rugs also have 14 days. Final Sale items can't be returned.

How do Loyallist points and Rewards work?

Every 5,000 points earns a $25 Reward valid for 180 days. You earn 1 point per dollar with any payment method and 3 points per dollar with a Bloomingdale's Store or American Express card. You can apply Rewards on the Shipping & Payment page at checkout.

Can I get a price adjustment after I buy?

Yes, within 10 days of your order date online or your purchase date in store. Online requests go through email assistance, and in-store purchases must be handled in store. Items from third-party sellers aren't eligible.

Does Bloomingdale's offer same-day delivery?

Yes, Same-Day Delivery adds $20 to the standard shipping rate, and orders placed by 12:00 PM local time are eligible. Later orders are eligible for Next Day Delivery.

Third-party seller items ship to the contiguous U.S. only, go by standard delivery, and are returned directly to the seller. Refunds follow the seller's timeline.

Know the pre-owned return window:

CHANEL, myGemma, REBAG, and other pre-owned merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Keep tags attached and the original packaging.

Plan around beauty shipping limits:
