Frequently Asked Questions
Does Clickinks give a discount for signing up for emails?
Coupon trackers report a first order code, often cited at 15%, for new newsletter subscribers. The offer changes, so check the signup form for the current amount. Coupons at Clickinks exclude OEM cartridges, so the code will apply to compatible and remanufactured items.
How does the Clickinks Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer work?
It applies to selected compatible Epson, Canon, and Brother inkjet cartridges, and it has been extended to selected remanufactured HP, Lexmark, and Dell inkjet cartridges. The cartridges must be identical, and the offer also covers Super Saver packs, so two packs bring a third free. If you return a Buy 2 Get 1 Free order, every free product that shipped must come back.
Does Clickinks offer free shipping?
Orders over $50 to the contiguous US ship free in 3 days, and next day air is available at checkout for an extra cost. P.O. box addresses ship by USPS Priority Mail, which costs extra.
What is the Clickinks return policy for compatible cartridges?
Non faulty compatible and remanufactured items can be returned within 60 days of purchase if they are unopened and in the original packaging, for a replacement or store credit minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. A return merchandise authorization number is required, the customer pays return shipping, and returned cartridges must be at least 70% full to be accepted.
What is the Clickinks return policy for OEM cartridges?
Non faulty OEM items can be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened, for a refund minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. The customer pays return shipping, and opened OEM items cannot be returned.
What happens if a Clickinks cartridge is faulty or the wrong one ships?
For a faulty compatible cartridge, the store asks you to try troubleshooting steps first, then replaces it or refunds it minus shipping. For a wrong item, leave it unopened and request a return authorization within 30 days, and Clickinks sends a prepaid label at its own expense with either a replacement or a refund. Damage in transit must be reported within 5 business days, with photos of the package as received.
Does Clickinks offer a student discount?
Yes. Verified students can register with Student Beans to reveal a unique voucher code for Clickinks Own Brand ink cartridges. The offer page notes that coupon promotions exclude OEM cartridges.
How do Clickinks loyalty points work?
Coupon trackers report that accounts earn points on purchases, that 100 points are worth $1, that points cannot be used on the purchase that earned them, and that they expire after 18 months. They also report bonus points for referring a friend. Read the loyalty points page for the current earning and redemption terms.
How often does Clickinks release new deals and coupons?
The site keeps a Deals page and runs seasonal sales, Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotions, and ink vouchers, and coupon trackers describe regular sitewide codes. The list on this page moves as those offers start and stop.
