Frequently Asked Questions
Does Levenger have a loyalty or rewards program?
Levenger Rewards lets members earn points on purchases that can be redeemed for a discount at checkout, with 100 points generally worth about 10 dollars. Signing up is free and points accumulate automatically once you are enrolled and shopping with an account.
Can I try the Circa notebook system before committing to a full notebook?
Levenger has offered a Circa sampling kit that includes a mix of page sizes and styles along with a gift card worth the price of the kit, which effectively lets you test the system at no long term cost. It is a useful way to decide on page size and disc style before buying a full leather notebook.
Does Levenger offer free shipping?
Free shipping is generally available once an order reaches a set minimum, and Levenger periodically lowers or waives that minimum through a promotional code tied to a sale event. Orders that fall short of the threshold ship for a standard fee based on order size.
What is Levenger's return policy?
Levenger accepts returns within a window of several weeks from purchase, and while a modest return shipping fee may apply, the policy has long been considered generous by regular customers, some of whom describe being able to try a product and send it back for little more than the cost of postage. Items marked final sale, often in the Outlet section, are typically excluded.
What does the Levenger Outlet section offer?
The Outlet carries discontinued designs, retiring pen styles, and closeout stationery and furniture at reduced prices, sometimes with additional markdowns on top of the already lowered price. Because Outlet stock changes as items sell through, availability on a specific color or size can be limited.
Can I get Circa notebooks or pens personalized?
Yes, many of Levenger's leather goods and notebooks can be monogrammed or personalized with a name, which is a nice touch for a gift but usually makes the item ineligible for return once the personalization is applied.
Are there physical Levenger stores where I can see products in person?
Levenger has operated a small number of retail locations in cities including Boston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C., where staff can help build a custom Circa notebook on the spot. Availability of a physical store visit depends on your location, since the bulk of Levenger's business is conducted online and by catalog.
