Does Evereve offer free shipping?
Yes, on purchases over $50 before tax, shipped by USPS Priority Mail or Ground Advantage. Shoes are the exception: there is a $6.95 non-refundable charge for each pair, even on orders above $50. Expedited shipping isn't available.
What is Evereve's return policy?
Items with tags attached and in unworn condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery, or of an in-store purchase. Mail returns cost a flat $6.95 and refunds take an estimated 15 to 20 business days after receipt. Intimates and tights are final sale, except bodysuits.
Does Evereve have a rewards program?
Yes. EVEREVE Rewards earns you points on purchases made in stores and online with your account or email address. Sign in at checkout so the order counts.
Where do I enter a promo code at Evereve?
Coupon codes are redeemed at checkout. Sign in to your Evereve account first so a Rewards code applies and your order earns points.
Can I combine more than one code at Evereve?
Evereve's help pages don't say codes can be stacked, so plan on one code per order and check your order total before paying. Contact the Care Team at support@evereve.com if you need it confirmed.
Can Evereve adjust the price if an item goes on sale after I buy it?
Only for full-priced items, and you must request it within 10 days of purchase. Items bought with a discount, a sale price, a Daily Deal, or a Rewards, birthday or discount code are not eligible. Evereve does not price match competitors.
Can I cancel or change an Evereve order?
No. Orders ship quickly, so the Care Team can't cancel or modify them. If something isn't right, start a return once it arrives.
