Frequently Asked Questions
Does Giuseppe Zanotti offer free shipping?
Yes, express shipping is free on orders shipped within the contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase required. Orders addressed to a P.O. box or a military address are not eligible, since delivery typically requires a signature.
What is Giuseppe Zanotti's return window?
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, and the brand covers return shipping. Products bought at a Giuseppe Zanotti boutique or through another retailer cannot be returned to GiuseppeZanotti.com, and purchases made on the site cannot be returned elsewhere.
Can I return a customized or made to order Giuseppe Zanotti piece?
No. Anything built to custom specifications is treated as a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been placed.
Can I stack a Giuseppe Zanotti promo code with a sale?
Multiple promo codes cannot be combined on one order, but a single code can often still be applied on top of pricing that is already reduced during a current sale, which is a different thing from stacking two separate codes together.
Does Giuseppe Zanotti have an outlet section?
The brand runs its own official outlet through its Outseason site, where past season shoes, sneakers, and accessories are marked down, sometimes well below the original price. Shopping through the official outlet rather than a third party reseller is the safest way to confirm authenticity.
When are Giuseppe Zanotti prices lowest?
The regular Sale section under the Men's and Women's tabs carries markdowns on past season styles year round, and additional sitewide promotional codes tend to surface around major shopping events like Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Does signing up for the Giuseppe Zanotti newsletter come with a discount?
New subscribers typically receive a welcome discount on their first order, along with early access to new arrivals and sales. This tends to be the most reliable way to land a Giuseppe Zanotti coupon code without waiting on a seasonal event.
Does Giuseppe Zanotti offer a student or military discount?
There is currently no standing student or military discount program. Shoppers in either group can still make use of active promo codes and the Sale or outlet sections to bring the price down.
Can I return a Giuseppe Zanotti item that was purchased as a gift?
Yes. Returning a gift refunds the original purchaser's card rather than the recipient, and the process works the same way as any other return, including free return shipping.
How do I check on a Giuseppe Zanotti return in progress?
Once a return has shipped, its status can be tracked by logging into the account used for the purchase and opening the returns section, or through the guest return lookup if the order was placed without creating an account.
