Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Karen Kane coupon code with a markdown sale?
Markdown and clearance pricing is generally already reflected in the listed price and doesn't require a code, so it's worth comparing a marked-down item against a full-priced item with a promo code applied, since codes may be excluded from already discounted merchandise.
Why isn't my Karen Kane promo code working at checkout?
Confirm the order meets the code's minimum spend, since several Karen Kane codes only apply above a set purchase amount, like $60 off orders of $250 or more. Also double check the code hasn't expired, since seasonal codes tend to be time-limited.
What is Karen Kane's return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items that are new, unworn, and have original tags attached, and every return or exchange must be processed through Karen Kane's official returns center. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Is there a fee to return an item to Karen Kane?
Yes, there's a $10 fee for using Karen Kane's prepaid return label, though that fee is waived if the return is processed as an exchange or store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees themselves are non-refundable either way.
Can I exchange a Karen Kane item for free?
Yes, free exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery on eligible items, excluding anything marked Final Sale, which makes exchanging for a different size a lower-cost option than a straight refund.
Can I cancel a Karen Kane order after placing it?
Cancellation isn't very flexible for in-stock items, since orders are processed in real time and often ship quickly. Out-of-stock or backordered items can sometimes still be canceled by contacting customer service directly.
Does Karen Kane offer free shipping?
Yes, domestic orders over $100 ship free, and orders are typically processed within 72 hours, with same-day shipping available for early orders placed on weekdays.
Does Karen Kane offer a discount for educators, medical workers, or military members?
Yes, a 20% discount is available for educators, medical professionals, and military personnel after verifying eligibility online, and eligible shoppers can access this discount multiple times over a 30-day period.
