Frequently Asked Questions

Does Lilly Pulitzer offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard FedEx Ground shipping is currently free, with delivery typically taking 3 to 5 business days once the order ships. Free Economy shipping is used for qualifying P.O. boxes, military addresses, and select US territories, where delivery can take longer.

How long do I have to return a Lilly Pulitzer online order?

Eligible online returns are free when dropped off and scanned within 15 days of delivery. Returns scanned from day 16 through day 30 have a $7 label fee, while returns after 30 days and Final Sale items are not accepted.

Where do I enter a Lilly Pulitzer promo code at checkout?

If Lilly Pulitzer sends you a valid promotional code by email or mail, enter it during checkout to apply the eligible offer. Lilly says its promotional codes are not case sensitive, although product exclusions can apply.

Can I combine more than one Lilly Pulitzer promo code?

Lilly Pulitzer does not publish a universal rule guaranteeing that multiple promotional codes can be combined. Promotion restrictions can vary, so check the specific terms attached to the offer before expecting it to stack with another promotion.

Does Lilly Pulitzer ship internationally?

No. Lilly Pulitzer currently ships within the United States, the District of Columbia, military addresses, and select US territories, but international shipping is not available.

Does Lilly Pulitzer offer price adjustments?

Yes, an eligible full price purchase can receive a one time price adjustment when the item is marked down within seven days of the order date. Purchases that already used a promotional or discount code do not qualify for an additional markdown or price adjustment.

Saving Guide

Request an Eligible Price Adjustment: A full price item may qualify for a one time price adjustment when it is marked down within seven days of the order date, subject to Lilly Pulitzer’s eligibility rules.

Use the first order offer before becoming a repeat shopper.
New customers should consider joining Lilly Pulitzer’s email list before placing their first order because the current signup offer provides 15% off that first purchase. Once the first order has already been placed, that introductory opportunity has passed.

Sign in before every Club Lilly purchase.
For online purchases, Lilly says members need to be logged into the digital account connected to Club Lilly for qualifying purchases to earn points. Checking your login before checkout helps prevent an eligible order from missing your loyalty activity.

Time full price purchases around markdown protection.
If you buy a full price item and Lilly marks it down shortly afterward, check the price during the next seven days. Eligible purchases from LillyPulitzer.com or corporate Lilly Pulitzer stores can receive a one time adjustment, but purchases that already used a promotional code do not qualify.

Make referrals before the new customer shops.
The Club Lilly referral process works best when the new shopper uses the member’s referral link first, creates an account, joins Club Lilly, and then makes an eligible first online or app purchase of at least $100. When the requirements are met, both shoppers can receive a $10 reward, and an existing member can earn up to five referral rewards per calendar year.

Return online purchases early when needed.
Starting the return within the first 15 days helps avoid the $7 label fee that applies to otherwise eligible online returns scanned from day 16 through day 30. The carrier scan date determines which return fee applies.

Lilly Pulitzer Shopping Guide

Know the Lilly dress silhouettes.
Lilly Pulitzer identifies dress fits including Fitted, Straight, A line or Easy, Swing, Fit & Flare, and Relaxed. Checking the stated silhouette before choosing a dress can tell you whether to expect a close fit, waist shaping, or a looser shape.

Use measurements instead of relying only on your usual size.
Lilly’s women’s size guide uses bust, waist, and hip measurements across its size range. For example, the guide separates numeric sizes within alpha sizes, so checking your measurements against the chart provides more information than simply selecting your usual S, M, or L.

Check the product fit description.
Lilly Pulitzer says almost all of its styles run true to size, but individual product pages provide size guides and fit information. Use those product specific details when choosing between sizes rather than assuming every silhouette fits identically.

Measure torso length for swimwear.
Lilly’s swim sizing guidance includes a torso measurement taken from the high point of the shoulder, through the legs, and back to the starting point. This measurement can be especially useful when comparing one piece swimsuit sizes.

Check footwear length against Lilly’s chart.
Lilly Pulitzer provides both inch and millimeter foot measurements for its shoe sizes. Measure from the heel to the longest toe on a flat surface and compare the result with the official footwear chart before choosing a size.
