styleREWARDS is LOFT's free loyalty program, shared across LOFT, LOFT Outlet, Ann Taylor, and Ann Taylor Factory. Members earn 2 points per $1 on qualifying purchases, and LOFT Credit Card holders earn 5 points per $1 when they pay with the card. Every 500 points earns a Rewards Certificate, points expire one year after they're earned, and rewards must be used within 90 days. Members also get a birthday reward, a yearly free shipping certificate, 50 points for a product review (up to two reviews a quarter), and VIP benefits after $500 in qualifying purchases in a calendar year. Where do I enter a promo code at checkout?
Enter your code in the "Promo Code" box in your Shopping Bag and click Apply. The discount then shows in your order summary.
Can I combine more than one promo code?
No, LOFT allows only one promotional code per order, and some offers can't be combined with other offers at all. The text signup offer is an exception, since LOFT lists it as combinable with other offers.
How much does shipping cost on LOFT orders?
Standard shipping is a flat $8.95 on orders under $99 and free at $99 or more after discounts, and it typically arrives in 4 to 7 business days. Standard shipping isn't available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, and 3 day and next day options cost extra.
What is LOFT's return policy?
LOFT accepts unworn, unwashed, or defective items, and returns received within 30 days of the shipment date are refunded to your original payment method. Using the prepaid mail label deducts $9.95 from your refund, and items marked Final Sale can't be returned or exchanged.
How do styleREWARDS points work?
You earn 2 points per $1 on qualifying purchases, or 5 points per $1 with the LOFT Credit Card. Once you reach 500 points, a Rewards Certificate is emailed to you within about 48 hours.
Can I return an item after 30 days?
If you have proof of purchase, returns made more than 30 days after the shipment date are credited at the item's current selling price as a merchandise credit. Online merchandise credits are issued by email as an E-Gift Certificate.
