How much is Maurices shipping, and how fast does it arrive?
Standard ground is free on U.S. orders over $50 and $8.95 below that, arriving in 3 to 8 business days. 2-Day shipping is $14.95 (2 to 3 business days) and Next Day is $24.95 (1 to 2 business days). Credit cardmembers get free standard shipping with no minimum.
Can I return Maurices items after 30 days?
Yes. Maurices accepts returns anytime with your original receipt or order number, and with no receipt you get a merchandise credit at the current price. Mail returns have a $6.95 fee deducted from the refund, and items bought in a store can't be mailed back to the online warehouse.
Can I exchange an online order?
Not through the online warehouse. Take the item to a Maurices store for an exchange, or mail it back and place a new order, where you'll pay shipping again.
How do I earn mRewards points, and do rewards expire?
Sign in before checkout online, or give the stylist your email or phone number in store, to earn 1 point per $1. Points post within about 72 hours. Each $5 reward expires 45 days after it's issued.
Where do I enter a code at checkout?
Online, type the code into the promo code box at checkout, the same place reward codes go. In a store, show the offer or reward to the stylist at the register.
Can I combine more than one code?
Maurices says its promotions can be combined unless an offer's terms say otherwise, so check the fine print on each one. For example, the cardmember extra 10% can't be stacked with the first-purchase 30% card offer or the employee discount.
Does Maurices price match?
Only in stores. If you see a lower advertised price on maurices.com, ask an associate to match it while that sale is still running. Clearance items, loyalty-only or VIP card pricing, credit card offers, and other retailers' prices don't qualify.
