Frequently Asked Questions
Does Mignonne Gavigan offer free shipping?
Free shipping thresholds have varied by promotion, with the brand's own pages citing free shipping starting between $150 and $250 depending on the current offer, so it is worth checking the threshold shown in your cart before checkout.
What is Mignonne Gavigan's return window?
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the ship date, and once a return is authorized, the label needs to be scanned by a shipping carrier within 14 days of receiving it or the label expires.
Can I use a discount code on sale items?
Promotional codes, including welcome offers for new subscribers, typically cannot be applied to items already marked down or on sale, and only one discount code can be used per order.
Does Mignonne Gavigan have a loyalty program?
Yes, the brand runs an MG Rewards loyalty program. Loyalty discount codes carry their own minimum purchase requirement, are capped at 50% off, and only apply to full price merchandise rather than sale items.
What happens if a piece breaks after I have worn it?
Items purchased directly from mignonnegavigan.com within 6 months are replaced or credited at no charge if they arrive defective. After 6 months, repairs may still be available depending on material availability, though a repair fee covering shipping, labor, and materials applies, and repairs can take 8 to 10 weeks.
Can I combine a welcome discount with another offer?
No, welcome and other promotional codes cannot be combined with each other or with additional discounts, and Mignonne Gavigan applies these restrictions at its discretion.
Are price adjustments available if an item goes on sale after I buy it?
No, price adjustments for later promotions are not applied to orders that were already placed, so timing a purchase around a known sale is more effective than buying early and hoping for a price match.
How often does Mignonne Gavigan restock or discount its jewelry?
The brand's deepest markdowns tend to cluster around the fall and winter shopping season, while spring and summer generally see lighter, newsletter driven offers, so the coupon selection on this page shifts with that seasonal rhythm.
