Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Modanisa coupon code with a sitewide sale?
Generally only one discount code applies per order, so it's worth comparing an active sitewide sale against a code applied to a different item, especially since public codes tend to be limited in number at any given time.
Why isn't my Modanisa promo code working?
Check that the code hasn't expired and that the order meets any minimum spend tied to it, since several Modanisa codes only unlock above a set purchase amount. Confirm the code is valid for the specific region being shopped, since offers can differ by country.
What is Modanisa's return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they're in original packaging, unused, and with labels still attached. Accessories, cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimsuits, and bikinis are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Are Modanisa return shipping fees free?
Return fees are based on the transportation and operational costs of the shipping companies Modanisa works with, and these fees can vary and change independently of Modanisa, so it's worth checking the current fee for a specific region before initiating a return.
How long does a Modanisa refund take once a return is processed?
Refunds are typically issued within 14 days after the return notification is processed; if a refund hasn't appeared in that window, checking with the issuing bank first is the recommended next step before contacting Modanisa again.
Can I exchange a Modanisa item instead of returning it?
Unless a product is defective, Modanisa generally doesn't accept exchanges or returns on items like evening dresses that have already been used or altered, so most size or style changes need to go through a return and new order instead.
Does Modanisa offer a student discount?
Yes, Modanisa runs an official student discount program that enrolled students can access by registering through the student discount portal on modanisa.com, offering a guaranteed markdown separate from the general pool of public promo codes.
Does Modanisa have an outlet or clearance section?
Yes, the Outlet Edit section carries year-round clearance markdowns on hijabs, abayas, and dresses without needing a promo code, making it a dependable place to check before applying a code to full-priced items.
