There's a 100% satisfaction guarantee on anything not marked non-returnable. Returns made within 14 days of receipt get a full refund to the original card, minus the actual shipping and handling cost. Between 14 and 30 days, Modern Nursery issues store credit or an exchange instead of a cash refund, still minus shipping. Nothing is accepted back after 30 days.
High chairs, bouncers, strollers, car seats, furniture, mattresses and personalized or custom items are all final sale for safety and hygiene reasons. These can't be canceled once the order is placed, either, so it's worth confirming sizing and style before buying.
Email service@modernnursery.com for a Return Authorization number and shipping address. Once you have the RMA, the item needs to ship back within 10 days, repacked in its original packaging with tags attached and from a smoke free environment.
Contact the company immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. Damaged shipments need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery for the smoothest replacement process, and for freight furniture, noting any container damage with the carrier at the time of delivery matters too.
Because DaVinci ships directly from its own warehouse, sending an item back to Modern Nursery's facility instead of DaVinci's would cost close to what the product is worth in shipping alone. If a DaVinci item arrives damaged, Modern Nursery will work with DaVinci to send replacement parts or a new unit free of charge instead of processing a standard return.
Only if you reach out immediately, since orders move into processing right away. Custom orders can't be canceled once submitted, and nothing can be canceled once it has already shipped.
