Frequently Asked Questions
How much can students save at Monsoon?
Students and recent graduates get 15 percent off full-priced items after verifying their status through Student Beans or Grad Beans. The discount excludes sale and outlet pieces and can't be combined with another promotional code.
Does Monsoon have a rewards program?
Yes, Monsoon's loyalty programme lets shoppers earn points toward a free £10 voucher after collecting 100 reward points, which can then be spent on clothing, accessories, or occasionwear. It's a separate benefit from one-time promo codes and can add up for regular shoppers.
How long do I have to return an online order?
Monsoon gives you 30 days from receipt to return an item, though the statutory cancellation period under UK law is 28 days. Items need to be unused and in original condition, and a few categories like pierced earrings, face masks, hosiery, and cosmetics can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
Is there a shorter return window for sale items?
International orders on outlet or sale pieces have a 14 day return window rather than the standard 30 days, so it's worth checking which policy applies before buying discounted stock. UK and ROI online orders follow the standard 30 day window regardless of whether the item was on sale.
Can I return something I bought online to a Monsoon store?
Yes, online orders can be returned to any Monsoon store as long as you bring your dispatch note as proof of purchase. Items bought in a physical Monsoon or Accessorize store need to be returned to a store rather than by post.
What does Monsoon's Clothes for Life recycling program offer?
Bringing unwanted Monsoon branded clothing to a UK store earns a £10 voucher, valid toward a new purchase of £50 or more made the same day. The donated items go to Newlife, a charity supporting disabled and terminally ill children, so the trade in doubles as a donation.
Does Monsoon offer a discount for recycling old denim?
Bringing any old pair of jeans, regardless of brand or condition, to a Monsoon store earns a 20 percent discount on a new pair of full-priced jeans purchased that same day. This is separate from the general clothing donation voucher and can't be combined with a percentage-off promo code.
How much do I need to spend for free delivery?
Orders over £60 qualify for free standard Royal Mail delivery, which typically arrives within two to four working days. Adding a smaller item to reach that threshold can end up saving more than the £3.99 standard shipping fee.
