Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return a Nili Lotan order?
NiliLotan.com accepts domestic web returns within 21 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags on. Seasonal markdown pieces carry a shorter 7 day window, and every return has to go through the brand's online portal to be accepted.
Can I return an item marked final sale?
No. Archive sale styles labeled final sale are excluded from returns and exchanges, so it pays to check a product's sale status before buying, since a coupon applied to a final sale item locks in that purchase for good.
Does Nili Lotan offer price adjustments if something goes on sale after I buy it?
Yes, within limits. The brand extends a sale price adjustment on items bought up to 5 days before a sale starts, but the same style and size need to still be available at the time of the request, and only full price purchases qualify.
Is shipping free at Nili Lotan?
Yes, complimentary shipping and returns come standard on web orders, so a discount code stacks cleanly without shipping costs cutting into the savings.
Can I use a discount code on already marked down pieces?
Codes work best on full price items. Archive sale styles are typically excluded from promotions entirely, so check your cart total after applying a code to confirm it discounted what you expected.
Why isn't my Nili Lotan promo code working?
Most codes carry a condition, such as a minimum spend, a first time customer restriction, or a limit to one specific collection. A newsletter sign up code, for instance, is meant for a first order only and won't apply again on a repeat purchase.
Does signing up for Nili Lotan's email list come with a discount?
Yes, new subscribers typically receive a one time code for a percentage off their first order, generally limited to a single use and not stackable with other offers.
How does the return process work once I've started it?
The portal generates a prepaid return label, and Nili Lotan asks that this exact label be used, since returns shipped with other postage are not accepted. Once the item reaches the warehouse, refunds go back to the original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.
Does Nili Lotan run sales worth timing a purchase around?
The brand puts pieces on seasonal markdown periodically throughout the year, and pairing a stored discount code with an already reduced item can add up, as long as the specific style isn't excluded as final sale.
