Frequently Asked Questions
Does Paper House Productions offer free shipping?
Yes, ground shipping is free on US orders of $25 or more. The offer applies to US addresses only, and smaller orders are charged shipping at checkout.
How long does Paper House Productions take to ship an order?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends and holidays. During a major sale that can stretch to 4 days. A second email with tracking information follows once the order leaves.
Does Paper House Productions give a discount for first time customers?
New subscribers get a 10% code toward a first purchase after signing up with an email address. The signup form says some restrictions apply without listing them, so read the terms in the email before building a cart.
Does Paper House Productions have a sale section?
Yes. A dedicated Sale collection sits in the main menu, and a stickers sale page can be browsed by license, theme and use. Stock in these areas changes, and the terms attached to a code decide whether it can be used on top.
Why won't my Paper House Productions welcome code apply?
Codes for a first purchase are commonly limited to one use per customer and often skip marked down products, and this one carries restrictions the signup form does not detail. Take sale items out of the cart, retype the code as it appears in the email, and read the fine print for a minimum order.
Can I buy Paper House Productions items at wholesale prices?
The site has a Wholesale page, and its contact form handles questions about ordering at wholesale pricing. That route is meant for buyers stocking in quantity, and pricing details come through the inquiry.
How often does Paper House Productions release new deals and coupons?
The catalog rotates through licensed and seasonal collections, including holiday lines tied to titles like The Polar Express and Elf, and the store notes major sales in its shipping policy. Codes and sale stock shift alongside those launches, so the list on this page changes as offers appear.
